Our silk screened personalized pillowcases are generally processed to be shipped within five business days.  Appliquéd, embroidered, and photo pillowcases may take up to two weeks to process.

First Class Mail delivery from Texas can take from one to ten days depending on where in the country you live, so choose Priority Mail service if you would like quicker shipping after processing.  Delivery always takes longer around holidays, so please order early.

Personalized items are non-refundable, so please be sure to check the spelling twice on all personalized items before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors that were submitted with the order, and we cannot issue refunds, or accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized merchandise.

Personalization

Personalization on the silk-screened pillowcases is carefully created individually by hand with a permanent fabric paint pen in black to make the name stand out, then stars or hearts are added in a coordinating color.

We have 3 different styles of personalization (paint pen, appliqué, and embroidery) and 3 different sizes (Infant, Toddler, and Full) of pillowcases, so please be aware of this when placing your order.
